# **Optical LAN Deployment Certification Online Class**

### This certification curriculum provides the training and guidance to equip Tellabs customers and partners to properly install, turn up, configure, and test a Tellabs Optical LAN system.

This certification curriculum is delivered via a combination of instructor lecture and instructor-guided lab activities. Students will be required to participate in a skills assessment.

The Tellabs Optical LAN Deployment Certification test is administered online through an independent proctoring organization.

Prerequisites  
Participants are required to complete a self-paced video training series, "Tellabs Optical LAN Architecture and Application". [SAA Videos](https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLJEGv6oSE4X1y8mnr4Y2aeBfxRGu9qK9G)

**Scheduled Dates for 2026**  
- May 4 - 7 (full)  
- August 18 - 21  
- October 5 - 8  
- December 8 - 11

**Class Times**  
4-day training  
Monday - Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Time

**Virtual Location**   
A link will be provided before class starts for this virtual online training.

**Registration**   
Complete the form and submit.  You will receive an email from Tellabs with price and payment information.

Online student participation is limited to 8 and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. You will not be officially registered for this online class until payment has been received. Prompt payment will ensure you receive the desire class dates.
