Once you fill out the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email (within 48-hours) containing a link for the hotel registration, that includes special event rate ($259 per night)***. Attendees are responsible for their travel and hotel expenses. This confirmation email will also include a detailed agenda for this 3-day event.
***We are sorry but we are beyond the deadline for booking rooms at the pre-negotiated nightly rate. For now, it is best if you book your stay at a nearby hotel. If we can re-open the conference room block we will let you know.
Your event registration is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email. If we are unable to confirm your seat initially, registrants will be placed on wait list and will be offered seats as they become available.
